They are passionate about building bridges and partnerships, and filling the gaps in the industry to create a unique experience for every person STIR engages with.
They are always open for sharing ideas, best practices, opportunities, and coffee!
Grant’s name has become synonymous with customer service and delivery. He was previously the co-owner and operator of Keen Consulting, a multi-million dollar organization acquired in 2019. Keen was built from the ground-up, and quickly became a “household name”, recognized and respected as a brand of Quality. Grant created an environment where employees could learn, grow and find a place of belonging and success. He strongly believes in bringing a new approach to the staffing market, and to create more efficiencies and a positive experience for his clients, contractors and everyone involved in this hectic space. Grant has a knack for uncovering synergies in business and partnerships, and has developed numerous trusted and loyal friendships in this space.
On a personal level, Grant has a beautiful wife and three incredible children who keep him on his toes! He’s a regular supporter of charity and giving back. He strongly supports CAMH and those with mental health concerns, local youth homelessness and Sick Kids hospital. In his downtime, he enjoys a round of golf, a great XC ski, reading and spending time with his family traveling anywhere and everywhere!
For nearly 2 decades, Deanna has been a trusted and recognized leader in the Staffing and Recruitment space. After gaining her industry knowledge in a large multinational firm, she joined forces with Grant McKeracher and Partners to help build and grow Keen Consulting from a ground-up operation to a multi-million dollar organization. Throughout her years with Keen (acquired 2019) and beyond, she has had the honour of developing a loyal customer base of both clients and consultants across the country, many of whom have become friends to this day. Being solution-driven, and putting what is right by the customer at the forefront, is a reputation she is proud of! She has also had the immense pleasure of growing and coaching Recruitment and Sales teams on a national level, to exceed not just targets, but their own expectations. Deanna is poised to uncover new territory and partnerships, and create an unprecedented experience in customer service, growth and execution for every Stir relationship, and every Stir employee.
Outside of work, Deanna is passionate about her incredible family and friends. An avid cook and hostess with an open door and open heart. She loves travel, being active, exploring the world around her, a good book, and a great joke! She is actively involved in community outreach; being a mentor and board member of Girls E-Mentorship (GEM) and creating opportunities for the next generation of young leaders.
